Trivigno Group was established in September 2024 with a clear purpose—to bring back the level of service that small and mid-sized businesses have gradually lost in the benefits space.
Over time, the industry has shifted toward consolidation, large-scale rollups, and increasingly impersonal service models. And in that shift, smaller businesses often end up with less attention, less education, and less support than they actually need. We saw that as a problem worth solving. From the beginning, the goal wasn’t to be everything to everyone. It was to focus on one thing and do it well: employee benefits for small and mid-sized businesses in Illinois. That focus has only sharpened since launch.
